A pair of $20,000 Sire Stakes for the four-year-old pacers are on tap Sunday (April 2) at Cal Expo with Divine Art and JP Jetty eyeing their respective second trophies at this meet.
Sophomores were the stars of the show Monday evening at Fraser Downs as the oval hosted leg three of the Mary Murphy for filly pacers and the Robert Murphy Memorial for colt and gelding pacers.
Trainer Kelly Hoerdt collected three victories on the 10-race card Thursday night (Sept. 29) at Fraser Downs including a victory in one of the four stakes prelims and in the co-featured $10,000 Fillies and Mares Open Pace.
