Three teenagers riding in a stolen Kia were arrested after shots were fired in Minneapolis, damaging the Minneapolis Public Schools’ administration building on Monday.
Reacting to the incident, Minneapolis PD Chief O'Hara said: "For the past year, [teens in stolen cars] have been allowed to continue to wreak havoc in our neighborhoods with no recourse and no consequences. We cannot continue to tolerate this behavior."
