Talebula Kate Police officers on foot patrol. Picture: FIJI POLICE FORCE The Southern Division recorded the highest number of infringement notices in the last 24 hours. This after 20 Public Health Infringement Notices (PHINs) were issued overnight with the Southern Division recording 16 notices and all were for failing to wear a mask in a public place. According to Police the other four PHINs were issued in the Western Division. Police say three were issued for social gathering and one to a public service vehicle driver for breaching the 50 per cent Ministry of Health Guidelines. Fijians are urged to report any breach of restrictions by calling 917 or the following Divisional Command Centers;
