Shirak airport operation to be temporarily suspended for construction works | ARMENPRESS Armenian News Agency 18:42, 3 June, 2021 YEREVAN, JUNE 3, ARMENPRESS. From July 15 to September 15 of this year planned renovation works will be carried out at Gyumri Shirak airport, namely, a complete repair of the runway will be carried out, ARMENPRESS was informed from Armenia International Airports CJSC.   The runway had last been thoroughly renovated in 2007.
