Five Women Honored in French Overseas Territories
Angélique Le Bouter (La1ere.francetvinfo) reported that yesterday (March 8, 2021), on International Women’s Rights Day, the Ministry for Equality between Women and Men, Diversity and Equal Opportunities honored five women and associations that stand out because of their commitment to the defense of women’s rights: Daniely Francisque (Martinique), Cécile Kouyouri (Guyana), Aminat Hariti (Mayotte), Annick Solvar (Guadeloupe), and Carole Ledoyen (Reunion).
