He died on 24th January after a brief illness.
Watila was serving at the Abeokuta Division of the court until his death.
Born on the 12th of May 1963, Watila was appointed to the Federal High Court Bench on December 2, 2015.
Tsoho described the deceased as a courageous judge, whose exit will be felt by the court and the country.
He prayed that God would grant his immediate family, relatives and friends the fortitude to bear the loss.
Wake-keep service will hold on at his Watila’s residence in Abuja on Wednesday.
The Valedictory Court Session is slated for Thursday at the Ukeje Hall, Federal High Court Headquarters, Abuja.

Omokri also described the appointment of the incoming Service Chiefs as ‘Good riddance to bad rubbish’.
Recall that the Special Adviser on Media and Publicity to the President, Femi Adesina, on Tuesday disclosed that Buhari sacked his Service Chiefs with immediate effect.
Adesina wrote on Twitter, “PMB appoints new Service Chiefs. Maj Gen LEO Irabor, CDS, Maj Gen I Attahiru, Army, Rear Adm AZ Gambo, Navy, AVM IO Alao, Air Force.
“He congratulates outgoing Service Chiefs on efforts to bring enduring peace to the country.”
Reacting, Omokri, in a tweet via his Twitter handle, said it was disappointing that Buhari maintained his practice of appointing largely Northern Muslim males but admits that ‘half bread is better than none’.

His Special Adviser on Media and Publicity Femi Adesina said the President appointed Maj Gen LEO Irabor, CDS, Maj Gen I Attahiru, Army, Rear Adm AZ Gambo, Navy, AVM IO Alao, Air Force as new security chiefs.
Reacting, Fayose on his Twitter page urged the new Service Chiefs to learn from their immediate predecessors and remember nothing lasts forever.
He also called on the International Criminal Court, ICC to investigate the sacked Service Chief for human rights abuses and extrajudicial killings.
”It is my call to the ICC and other relevant authorities that tenure of the “sacked” Service Chiefs should be investigated, most importantly human rights abuses and extrajudicial killings under their watch and commands.

Federal Government on Monday commiserated with Sokoto State Government and traders over fire incident that recently destroyed about 9,600 shops at Shehu Shagari Modern Market popularly called New Market in Sokoto.
Newsmen report that the incident occurred on Jan. 19, with interim report indicating that it was caused by power surge from a nearby electric transformer.
The Chief of Staff to President Muhammadu Buhari, Prof. Ibrahim Gambari, who led the FG delegation to the state said the president was deeply concerned about the devastating effects of the inferno.
Gambari said the president sent the delegation to commiserate with the victims and state government over the tragic incident , which he described as a huge loss to the nation at large.
