DIMAPUR, JULY 23 (MExN): Youth department of Sumi Baptist Church Kohima observed annual cultural day on July 22 at Sumi Baptist Church Kohima, Daklane with the objective of inculcating cultural values in the minds of the youths.
The former Chief of Air Staff, Mr Umar, was first exonerated by the trial court of six of the charges in February 2021 and got a final judgement acquitting him of the only remaining charge in March 2022.

The Federal High Court in Abuja on Tuesday dismissed six of the seven money laundering charges filed against a former Chief of Air Staff (COAS), Mohammed Umar, a retired air chief marshal.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (
EFCC) had accused him of diverting over N4.8 billion from the Nigerian Air Force’s account ”within 24 months” and using the funds to buy personal property in choice areas.
