The top diplomats of South Korea and Japan have agreed to continue bilateral cooperation to address North Korean issues during their talks on the margins of a foreign ministerial gathering of the Group of 20 countries in Brazil, Seoul's foreign ministry said Thursday. Foreign Minister Cho Tae-yul and his Japanese counterpart, Yoko Kamikawa, reached the agreement Wednesday as they met one-on-one in Rio de Janeiro.
