Dignity Gold has been engaged in negotiations with several potential gold backers and has examined each to find the best option for the Company and for all pending token holders. This process has included, among several others, SION Trading FZE s purported Safe Keeping Receipt which it was contractually obligated to provide; this contract was canceled by Dignity Gold due to non-performance by SION.
