AuTECO Minerals Ltd (ASX:AUT, OTC:MNXMF) has finalised its acquisition of Rambler Metals and Mining Canada Ltd and 1948565 Ontario Inc, collectively known.
The ASX has taken a tumble as of 1:30pm AEST today, slipping 1.33% or 92.8 to 6,888.80, crossing below its 20-day moving average and dropping to its lowest.
