The Nigerian Port Authority (NPA) has said that its officials in Lagos port have busted a syndicate producing fake vehicle plate numbers and Minimum Safety Standard (MSS) stickers and recovered thousands some of the plates and MSS. The NPA in a statement said that the discovery was made during a move geared towards frontally tackling the activities of unpatriotic elements sabotaging its electronic truck traffic management (e-CallUp) system, also known as "eto.”
