Crashed into a Shopping Mall in melbourne, australia. The pilot was also killed. Two victims have been identified as texans who were among a group of u. S. Golfers traveling the globe to play the worlds best golf courses. It happened an hour before the mall was supposed to open. The only fatalities were aboard the aircraft. They were working to extinguish the fire and they promise to carry out a full investigation. The plane suffered catastrophic engine failure after taking off from an airport nearby. This is what you saw, heavy police presence. Streets blocked off. Officers searching a park and Police Helicopter overhead. This was all in response to a call from officers who earlier had driven by a group of men shooting at each other and when Police Stopped to investigate the gunfire, one of the men, they say, turned toward them and fired shots. Im told by police that all three men took off running. They were last seen near that intersection of fifth. I was in that intersection. There was no sign of any Additional Police activity. Now, police are telling us if the public, if you have any information on these three men involved, including of course the one gunman who fired shots for police, youre asked to call the 35th district.
