A RECENT graduate of La Consolacion College Manila (LCCM) won the Best Picture prize at the 2023 SineOmni Film Festival held on August 25 at the Cinematheque Centre Manila.
Aside from featuring eight new filmmakers and six returning directors, the culmination of this year’s filmmaking workshop also paid tribute to the late
