The following is a release from the Animal Alliance of East Kentucky:
We are very excited to announce that AAEKY is fast approaching the 1,000th pet to be spayed or neutered.
We are celebrating with a gift basket for one lucky pet/pet owner and a pet food drive to pay it forward.
One lucky pet and its owner will receive their very own “1,000th S/N Celebration Gift Basket” for supporting our Spay/Neuter Mission. Expect lots of goodies, treats, T-shirts in this basket!
Along with this celebration, we are asking the community to help AAEKY collect 1,000 pounds of dog/cat/puppy/kitten food and litter. Purina pet food product for cats and dogs and all types of cat litter is most acceptable. Treasures on Main – Paintsville has graciously agreed to be our drop off location for this month long food drive.
