That’s technology. That’s the future,” she said. “But for a Wawa? Do we really need another Wawa? I mean, look over there.” She motioned toward the Vineland Mini Deli, a mom-and-pop shop with a handful of Conoco gas pumps in front, at West Landis Avenue and South Mill. Mom-and-pop were doing brisk business on a brisk Saturday morning.
