FORT PLAIN Montgomery County officials on Monday could identify a man allegedly associated with an explosive found in a Fort Plain late last week, Sheriff Jeffery Smith reported. The man was slapped with multiple felony charges in Minden Town Court on Saturday, the day after officials found a pipe
