focus of kids in school. if you re 13 years old and you just witnessed a murder, you re not going to be able to focus on algebra, period. and so for me, understanding the spirit, the emotions, the mind state of our young generation, whether you re living in the hood, whether you re living in the suburbs, if you re going through something psychologically and spiritually, then it s going to be hard for you to focus on anything. whose job is that then? the teachers job, the it is. it is. teachers should get out of the mind state of just showing up to get a check and just teach. but start working with the kids and trying to tap into and be there for the kids emotionally. you re an adult, you re much older, you re seasoned, you ve been around the block much longer than these kids and you can give them advice and information and bring that clarity to them to get them through this rough patch. you re a busy guy. as i said before, regarding
