“Being mentally fit is crucial. I make a conscious attempt to take care of my mental well-being. I practise meditation and yoga three to four times a week to find inner peace and clarity. Going for regular walks helps me refresh both my body and mind. I also find comfort in reading different genres and listening to soothing music like old classics and ghazals,” says Sanjeet Dawar
“Engaging in activities like trekking enhances concentration and resourcefulness while optimising the use of aids. Motorbike rides, taken bi-monthly with friends covering 200-300 km, serve as stress busters. The fresh air and alertness during rides invigorate mental well-being,” says the CEO.
