David Liners, director of WISDOM, a leading community advocacy group for criminal justice reform in Wisconsin, will speak at Milton United Methodist Church. The event will take place on Wednesday, April 28, at 6:30 p.m. The public is invited to attend. Masks and social distancing will be required.
