Its a cold start out there, and of course when we start out cold we dont warm up all that much more. Winds are out of the north and west. Youre going to feel them anywhere from 1015 miles an hour. Sustained. And that is where theyre going to stay through the afternoon. Its also creating a wind chill which makes it feel more like the mid 30s in worcester, like the lower 40s in boston and upper 30s in portsmouth. So over the next 12 hours, lots of sunshine.
