Queen’s Experts and Researchers inspire STEM curiosity as Science Rendezvous Kingston goes virtual April 30, 2021- The hugely popular Science Rendezvous Kingston is set to spark curiosity and discovery in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) through a virtual platform and series of events that launches May 1st. When the 2020 event was cancelled due to COVID-19, organizers Lynda Colgan and Kim Garrett from the Queen’s Faculty of Education set their sights on developing the first virtual Science Rendezvous Kingston to mark its return. The enthusiastic response from the STEM community and Queen’s researchers has turned the 10th anniversary event into the largest program offering yet, with live virtual activities.
