He was born Feb. 1, 1949.
He married Sharon M. Boyer on Feb. 21, 1970. They had two children, Jesse F. Boyer IV (Katrina) and Molly B. Cappawana (John).
A 1967 graduate of Susquenita High School, he was known for his dancing skills, playing football, driving fast, getting in scraps, and being the life of the party both in and out of class. There were few teachers who considered him a joy to have in class.
He was a member of IBEW LU 143, serving a four-year apprenticeship and retiring from the trade. He was looked to by many for his knowledge and leadership skills on the job.

She was a member of Millerstown United Methodist Church.
Surviving are her children, Amanda Leister (Josh Lemaster) of Liverpool, Brent Leister (Jen Leister) of Liverpool and Caitlin Leister (Bill Orris) of Ickesburg; her mother, Marian of Ohio; Two sisters, Debbie Young and Michelle Campbell; two brothers, Charles and Jeffery Campbell; six grandchildren, Maddie, Waren, Gracen, Andrew, Payton and Jesse; and a great-granddaughter, Haisley.

State Police investigate theft of two Yorkiepoo puppies in Perry County
The 5-week-old male puppies are worth $2,500 apiece, police say. They were stolen sometime between Wednesday night and Thursday morning from a Millerstown kennel.

MILLERSTOWN, Pa.
State Police are investigating the alleged theft of two puppies from a home in Perry County.
The alleged theft occurred sometime between 9 p.m. Wednesday and 8 a.m. Thursday on the 2000 block of Arndt Road in Millerstown, police say. The victims reported someone broke into a dog kennel behind their residence and stole a pair of Yorkiepoo puppies.

The Pennsylvania State Police are looking for the thieves they stole two five-week-old Yorkiepoo puppies from a Millerstown kennel earlier this week.
Penn Live reports that a Millerstown woman told investigators one or multiple people stole the puppies from the kennel behind her home sometime between 9 p.m. Tuesday and 8 a.m. Wednesday.
The puppies are both male, reddish-brown and worth about $2,500 each, state police said.
