Cops chase thieves on social media In late January, Wichita Falls Police were contacted about a burglary of a building on Ohio Street. The victim said he found his stolen items on Facebook Marketplace. He described them as four Mickey Thompson Polished Aluminum Wheels. He said they are very rare and distinct. An officer found the items on the Marketplace site and identified the suspects who were trying to sell them. The victim said he uses the building on Ohio for storage. He said in addition to the wheels, stolen items included a toolbox with numerous Craftsman tools, a Miller Welder and an unknown number of collector’s knives.
