Miller’s Services offers its employees the ability to learn and work at the same time with its Apprenticeship Program.
Miller’s Services of Saluda is creating skilled tradesmen on the Middle Peninsula with its Apprenticeship Program. The program was launched in August 2019 with the goal of offering Miller’s employees the ability to learn and work at the same time.
The most recent year has been one of the most crucial for the trades industries; however, this is also one of the toughest industries to find workers, a company release stated.
“It’s extremely hard to find skilled trades people, and we wanted to offer training within. We saw an opportunity to provide our employees with the ability to grow their career, and take advantage of learning and earning at the same time,” said Miller’s Services Administration/HR Coordinator Amber Falin on why Miller’s created the program.
