Locked, because they were afraid these Armed Robbers might break into someones home and hold them hostage. Fortunately, that did not happen, but San Jose Police were out here for some time. That search began in this neighborhood you see here just before 5 00 p. M. They thought they had these two Armed Robbers cornered in this area of about 35 or 40 homes. They set up a perimeter and were doing a search, yard by yard, searching in peoples storage sheds and anywhere they could, as they had people locked down inside their homes. Of course, they were telling anyone to call 911 if they saw anything suspicious. They had a lot of officers in this area. They even say they found evidence where these two Armed Robbers had kicked down peoples fences, saw muddy footprints through backyards. They knew the two men were there, but at some point this morning, those two suspects, those two Armed Robbers were able to get out of the police perimeter, somehow, and they are still on the loose at this hour.
