A Little Falls Township supervisor since 2000 and a retired colonel with the U.S. Army and National Guard, Parins said he was motivated to run because he believes there needs to be a more conservative approach to political leadership in Minnesota.
Kresha is looking to return to the Legislature, but first, he must advance beyond the Aug. 9 primary election, when he’ll be on the ballot alongside fellow Republican Charles “Chuck” Parins to represent House District 10A.
