DANBURY, Conn. A juvenile was arrested in connection with the deadly shooting that happened in Danbury on June 20.
Officers responded to the area of Mill Ridge Road and Mill Ridge Drive after receiving calls of gunshots. Police said they found 18-year-old Yhameek Johnson suffering from a gunshot to his back and was being cared for by neighbors.
Johnson was taken to Danbury Hospital where he later died.
Police arrested a 17-year-old in connection with Johnson s death on Friday after an investigation.
The teenager was already in custody in the CT Juvenile Detention system. Police say that they anticipate more arrested will happen related to the incident.

On May 8th at 1:35 a.m., Secaucus police responded to Millridge Road on a report of a suspicious person in the area attempting to gain entry into parked vehicles, Miller said in a statement.
While probing the area, Police Officer William Kosky discovered Christian Reyes-Martinez, who was in the bushes in a darkened area on the outskirts of Secaucus High School.
As Sgt. Matthew Ford and Kosky were interviewing Christian Reyes-Martinez, he had a noticeable bulge in his pants pocket. He then removed a handgun magazine from his pocket, which was loaded with fabricated handgun ammunition.

A 38-year-old Tilden Road man was charged with driving under the influence and failure to grant one-half of highway to oncoming traffic.
A 22-year-old High Street Extension man was charged with reckless driving and failure to drive upon right.
A 33-year-old woman from Carmel, N.Y., was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
A 57-year-old woman from Somers, N.Y., was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
Dec. 14
A 31-year-old woman from Waterbury was charged with sixth-degree larceny.
