i think in part that s true because, you know, they ll go after easy targets. they re lashing out in anger at, you know, civilians who have been known to fight them or at least taunt them. that is something they don t take kindly to for obvious reasons. but they re also not very well disciplined in many cases, and, you know, that has an impact where these forces are not fighting military elements, they re fighting ing civilians, of course civilians are easy targets, the proverbial soft target as we call it in military speak. when the ukraine defense chief says the russian military is regrouping, say in the east before any kind of advance, what does that regrouping mean? so usually what it means, in this case i think it is the case that they are going to get new troops in there, they are going to fix their equipment. they re going to patch up things that need to be patched up such
