The 28,000-square-foot building would provide much-needed room for growth, according to DeSilva.
“We’ve run out of space (at the Young Avenue site),” he said. “We have no more capacity to add additional providers to meet the growing demand we are experiencing.”
The building is expected to hold about 75 workers, including 15 headquarters employees.
An unspecified number of administrative staffers will continue the pandemic practice of working from home, DeSilva said.
“They prefer that,” he said.
Planning board members approved the firm s application by a 5-1 vote.
Reconstructive Orthopedics, founded 44 years ago, currently has six offices across South Jersey.
The relocation to the 3.7-acre Moorestown site should be completed “sometime next year, DeSilva said.
