Ten food and drink brands to join Hawley Wharf Camden development London-based restaurants including Ekachai, BaoziInn and Three Uncles will be among 10 food and drink venues to open at canal-side development Hawley Wharf Camden this spring. Other brands that will form part of the 580,000sq ft mixed-use development, which will also be home to Curzon cinema, will include sweet and savoury steamed buns specialist Bun House, farm-to-table grill Mikos Gyros; Greek dessert brand Stilvi; and Italian grab-and-go concept A’do’re Fritto. In addition, French pastry chef Philippe Conticini will be opening a dedicated production kitchen and café, supplying the brand’s existing Camden Market and Buck Street Market venues, with cold-pressed juice brand Juice Junkiez and Colombian coffee roaster Amar Café, which began by selling drinks in disused London telephone boxes, also part of the development.
