Truck in hit-and-run found at auto repair shop on College Street
According to Clarksville Police, contact as been made with the owner of the truck.
Mike Rittenberry, the owner of Mike s Tire Service on College Street, said the truck owner stopped by his shop around 9 a.m. Monday. Rittenberry said at the time he didn t know that was the same truck from the wreck that left a motorcycle rider in critical condition the previous day.
He couldn t assist with the damages and suggested the truck owner visit Johnson s Do It Yourself Garage auto repair shop.
Rittenberry said the first thing the truck owner told him was that somebody else was driving his truck when it was in a wreck.
