Holland s EV Construction focuses on senior communities during pandemic Sentinel Staff HOLLAND EV Construction is keeping busy during the pandemic, in part by building and improving senior living communities in West Michigan. The Holland-based firm recently completed two projects for Sunset Senior Communities in Jenison, one at assisted living center Rose Garden on Prairie Street in Grandville, and one at senior living community The Manor and Villages on Baldwin Street in Jenison. The first project, worth $700,000, added 900 square feet to the Rose Garden complex and renovated 1,000 square feet of existing space over the course of four months. Upgraded spaces included a new reception counter, technology space, sitting area and nurse station with new space for residents to gather and visit.
