Mike Mizanin, better known to countless wrestling fans as The Miz, has been on a fitness journey this year. In an Instagram photo shared this week, the WWE star revealed the results of his four-month transformation including shredded six-pack abs and spoke about the hard work and dedication it took to get here. I set out on a journey to not only get ripped, but to get healthier, he wrote in the caption. I ve never been a guy who enjoyed the gym. I hate getting started, but once I m in there, I m locked in and when I m done I m always glad I did it.

The Cleveland Browns are going to the Super Bowl. That’s the prediction of WWE superstar The Miz when asked about what he thinks will happen this upcoming 2021 NFL season. The Parma, Ohio native did not hide his excitement for his Browns during his interview with CBS Sports.
