Michael Barrino s Mount Laurel-based Limousines of Luxury business has ferried athletes and entertainers to and from Philadelphia since 1985. But during the coronavirus pandemic last year, business was down 100 percent, Barrino said.  Tyra Belford s Edgewater Park-based Elektra Hair Boutique has been a popular salon for 15 years. Yet even after reopening last summer, the salon still ended the year down 25 percent, said Belford.  Now though, even as the pandemic rages on, help is on the way for both businesses, and for several other Black-owned organizations in Burlington County.  Comcast, the telecommunications corporation based in Philly, is aiming to support diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives through grants worth up to $18,000 for Black-owned businesses in New Jersey, Pennsylvania and Delaware.
