Tucker, thanks. We have been following a Traffic Alert all morning. Late night accident on i 95 north and staff order virginia led to hours long gridlocked overnight. Spilled fuel on the highway around 11 30 p. M. The vehicles were cleared a few hours later but tookto clean up the fuel. After the sand trucks were late getting to the scene. 95 north was completely closed for quite a while. Lets check in with julie for the latest. What a mess.
A flashlight and kneeling down and poking the man in the back. It became the man to sit back down. The same officer begins a scuffle with the civilian. At one point, pulling on the mans dreadlocked hair until the civilian breaks away. A few seconds later, the policeman clouds the man across his chest and belly. We showed the video of the strike to Montgomery County Police Spokesman captain paul starks. That is wrong, isnt it . If that is what occurred and that is not within our tripping training and doesnt look good on this tape and i want to hear from the officer. Reporter the video has no useful audio and recorded only parts of the encounter, both of those observations are true and he pointed out that no one filed a complaint about the police misconduct, the man being detained or a videographer. Upon seeing the video we supplied, internal affairs in the montgomery Lice Department opened an inquiry. At this point, all of the officers at the scene of that incident remain on full duty.
