A Helena judge said that the Montana Legislature must be given the chance to override a veto by Gov. Greg Gianforte that would redistribute marijuana tax revenues differently.
The bill in question is Senate Bill 442, which generally would use revenue from the state’s recreational marijuana program to help improve county roads.
