Hes also one of the few journalists that have had a large amount of firsthand experience going to see on ships, going out and watching naval forces operate and practice their their work. Most recently, he was up in norway, even with the marines looking at what the marines were doing up there as part of the expansion of expedition or advanced base operations. So a wide ranging of experience both practical and as a reporter.
