Gold is live at the airport this morning. Reporter a much different scene at La Guardia Airport this morning. Take a look, no unusual traffic. Cleared out. Just a few hours ago there were complete chaos missed their flights as a result. Now, this morning we have talked to a few passengers, they are back at the airport trying to catch new flights. As you can imagine, they are outraged. Chopper 2 flew over La Guardia Airport last night and captured the gridlock on the side streets leading in and out of the terminals along with the Grand Central parkway. Hundreds of cars backed up for miles sitting at a standstill. Pilot joe beerman describes the chaos. The traffic at la guardia is just a complete mess. Its a combination of Traffic Control from Port Authority and nypd. The problem started around 6 00 p. M. When many delayed flights resumed following the weekend blizzard. Passengers flooded the area.
