I saw the officer telling him to stop, telling him to drop what he had in his hand and then he proceeded to run, chasing him, the young man. Repor she was shocked as the what happened next. Police say just before 3 00 in the afternoon, someone flagged down the officer to point out the man. The citizen advised him that a subject was waving a pipe, threatening people. Reporter the officer found the man in the Shopping Center at mory avenue. There was some st of confrontation which led to shots being fired.
