Police to investigate why 37yearold alton sterling was shot outside a Convenience Store just after midnight tuesday. Police say they were responsibling the a disturbance call. The incident was apparently caught by a cell phone camera. It has gone viral. We want to warn you that the video which has not been verified by nbc is graphic. It appears to show two Police Officers tackling and wrestling sterling to the ground but does not show what happened leading up to the incident.
