He’s a successful marketer, manager and developer, a generous philanthropist, active community leader, and CEO and co-owner of Breckenridge Grand Vacations, the largest year-round employer in Summit County outside of the ski areas.

New sculpture of Ullr intended to reflect the spirit of Breckenridge

Photo by Liz Copan / Studio Copan While visitors and residents might not be able to curry Ullr’s favor at Ullr Fest this year, there is still some hope that the fabled Norse god of skis and the bow may be impressed enough to bless the area with a frozen bounty after the recent unveiling of a 25-foot sculpture of him at the base of Peak 8 at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Titled “Let it Snow,” the sculpture is the result of a collaboration between Breckenridge Grand Vacations . Mike Dudick, CEO and co-owner of Breckenridge Grand Vacations, said he’s wanted something big and impressive at the location between the Grand Colorado on Peak 8 resort and the ski area for a while, though he didn’t know quite how it was going to turn out until after the sculpture was installed.

Summit County investigates COVID-19 outbreak at Breckenridge Grand Vacations

Summit County Public Health is investigating an outbreak of at least 16 cases among sales team members and contracted workers at Breckenridge Grand Vacations. According to a news release, the department began investigating the outbreak.
