cnn correspondent mike choy who is a senior fellow at the china institute at the university of southern california and dr. jim walsh who san expert on foreign policy especially asia at m.i.t. jim, let me start with you. what is your biggest concern right now? well, my biggest concern is that someone is going to make a mistake and we almost saw it two weeks ago with the shellings. it was not widely reported in the united states, but south korea in the middle of the crisis accidentally shot an artillery shell near the dmz and had to call north kree eya it w korea that it is a mistake, and i think that governor richardson is right, that it is time that someone, even if it is not a government official begin to talk to north korea so we end up in a place that nobody wants to be out of miscalculation or misperception or error, and that is my concern, and i believe there is a danger of that right now. jack pritchard, you were just
there in north korea, and what did you see there that concerned you? well, i asked to go to pyongyang, but what they did not reveal is that they we were in the process of developing a light reactor, and they had a new uranium enrichment facility, and that is new. with that i briefed dr. hechter who was able to follow me the next week and hopefully at my urging of theh koreans to go into the facility and see e that the north koreans have moved beyond their capability, and to the state-of-the-art with regard to uranium enrichment. mike choy, you have been to
