A mom was dropping her child off for the before care program right here when she noticed there was a gun on the ground. So she immediately alerted a School Employee who went and they found a janitor who came up to the gun, thought it was a pellet gun so he picked it up and tried to make the gunner safer, he tried to empty the pellets into the ground. The employee did not intentionally do anything that he felt like was putting anybody in harm. He felt like he was acting in a prudent way. To do what he did and discharged it.
