Mike Andruff, the author of The Russian Refugee, has been working tirelessly on his manuscript for over a year. The book is based on actual events and spans 100 years, with a portion of the book taking place in Hines Creek, Alta. Andruff has recently found an editor who is working to produce a better and more readable product for publishing.
