In july, she says she gave birth to a healthy baby girl while in the Milwaukee County jail, but received no medical help in a maximum security unit. Jason jankowski is her attorney she had to spend 23 hours a day locked in her cell with very little contact or medical treatment. The notice of claim says before swayzer was booked into the jail, Glendale Police took her to the hospital, where she was told her unborn child was viable and her pregnancy was progressing normally.
