Stakeholders in the education sector have said the education system will experience reform if adequate attention is paid to the welfare of teachers.
On Thursday, issues around teachers were discussed at the Save Education in Nigeria Dialogue zoom meeting which was organised by Concerned Parents Educators Initiative.
The event titled, ‘Preparing Teachers for Education Reform’ was an initiative of the CEO of Edumark Consult, Mrs Yinka Ogunde.
At the meeting, Lagos State Commissioner for Education, Mrs Folasade Adefisayo, admitted that problems abounded in the education sector.
