Monday was the first day people at Good Samaritan Village in Kissimmee were allowed back in their homes after nearly a month under a mandatory evacuation order. But they’re already being told, they’ve got to pay up.
A mandatory evacuation has been lifted for residents of Good Samaritan Society, also known as Good Samaritan Village. While many residents are happy about it, there are several areas that won't be reopening, leaving some residents without a home.
