Prosecutors have cleared Negros Oriental Rep. Arnolfo Teves Jr. of one of eight charges of illegal possession of firearms and explosives but indicted co-respondent Roland Pablio in the case.
Charges of illegal possession of firearms were filed by the police yesterday against Negros Oriental 3rd District Rep. Arnolfo Teves Jr. and his two sons, Kurt Matthew and Axel, in connection with three murder cases in the province in 2019.
Murder complaints were filed on Tuesday, March 7, before the Department of Justice (DOJ) against Negros Oriental 3rd District Representative Arnolfo “Arnie” A. Teves Jr. and five other persons for the alleged killings in 2019 of three persons, including former provincial board member Miguel Dungog.
