The coveted ‘Eco-Nutrition’ label from My Green Lab represents the standard for lab sustainability

Miele Professional, one of the global leaders in high-quality commercial and industrial appliances, is proud to announce that two of its machines – the Miele PG 8583 and PG 8593 glassware washers – have both earned the coveted ACT Label from My Green Lab, a non-profit organization dedicated to creating a culture of sustainability in science. Miele is the only glassware washer manufacturer to have achieved ACT Label certification. Both ACT Label-certified Miele machines were on display at Pittcon 2021, which took place virtually from March 8-12.

Hospice at Grantham Hospital receives washing machine facilities worth thousands
A state-of-of the-art washing machine and dryer have been donated to the hospice in Grantham Hospital.
Local fund-raising champion Rob Dixon contacted his previous employers Miele Professional, who were happy to gift the commercial washer and dryer worth more than £5,000.
Rob, of Sunningdale, said: âWe donated a Miele PW5062 Washer and a Miele PT5137WP Heat Pump Tumble to St Barnabas Hospice within Grantham Hospital, a charity that is very close to a lot of families in Grantham.â
