as you know, the storm that brought these deadly storms to alabama and georgia was bringing mudslides to california early in the week and the next storm will also go coast to coast. here it is. flood watches posted all the way down into southern california. this is going to be a big one. it comes in later tonight, tomorrow, all the way through california. wind and rain through oregon and washington. and a lot of heavy snow not just in the sierras, but in the intermountain west. because this storm is strong enough to hold together over the rockies, into the midwest monday, and then beyond that on tuesday. and monday is when another storm comes into california. this one central and southern california. another 2 to 6 inches of rainfall expected there. 3 to 6 feet of snowfall expect in the sierra for more record snows there. this is putting a nice dent in the drought, but doing damage as it does so. david? rob marciano with us all week long. thank you, rob. we turn to the other news a
